Doughty Stage Lighting Hardware for Theatre and Live Events
The Doughty stage lighting hardware range covers the mounting, positioning and support components used to hang, angle and position stage lighting fixtures in professional theatre, TV studios and live events. The range includes lantern tee bars for mounting multiple fixtures to a single bar position, the modular drop arm system for creating overhead lighting positions at custom heights, and followspot equipment for followspot operation in theatres and concert venues.
Doughty Lantern Tee Bars
Doughty Lantern Tee Bars are used to mount multiple stage lighting fixtures side by side on a single bar position. Available in 2, 4 and 6 lantern configurations in flat and angled versions, in bright zinc plate and black powder coat finish. Each tee bar is supplied with lamp fixings. Used in theatres, schools and studios where multiple fixtures need to be grouped at a single rigging point on a lighting bar or truss.
Doughty Modular Rigging System
The Doughty Modular Rigging System is a range of aluminium drop arms and tee connectors for creating overhead lighting positions at custom drop distances from a 48mm lighting bar or truss. Components can be combined to build custom modular lighting structures:
- Doughty Modular Drop Arm Tee (48mm): the primary connection point for the modular system, attaches to a 48mm tube.
- Doughty Modular Tee with Through Connector: tee with an integrated through connector for connecting additional drop arm sections.
- Doughty Modular Drop Arm Extension: fixed extensions in 0.25m, 0.5m, 1m and 2m lengths for creating custom drop distances.
- Doughty Modular Drop Arm Adjustable Extension: adjustable length extension for fine-tuning the drop distance on site.
- Doughty H Frame Assembly: an H-frame structure for creating a wider horizontal lighting bar position at a custom height below the main bar.
Followspot Equipment
- Doughty Followspot Rail Mount: mounts a followspot to a studio rail or overhead track system. Available in 50kg and 100kg versions.
- Doughty Professional Follow Spot: a heavy-duty steel and aluminium followspot stand for professional theatre and concert venue use.
