2. How to Shop the Sale

• Browse shopmtn.co.uk or visit the Promotions page.
• Look for products showing a reduced sale price and a compare-at price.
• Add discounted items to your cart – the reduced price will be reflected automatically.
• No promotional code is needed at checkout; discounts are already built into the displayed price.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

The Black Friday discounts do not apply to all products. In particular, the following brands are not included in the sale and will not show reduced pricing:

• Items from the excluded brands will be sold at their regular price unless otherwise stated.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers or special pricing unless explicitly indicated.
• No price adjustments will be made on orders placed before the sale started.

4. Returns & Refunds

• All returns are subject to our standard return policy.
• Refunds for discounted items will be processed based on the price actually paid (the sale price), not the compare-at price.
• If a partial return causes an order to no longer qualify for a bundled or quantity-based discount, MTN SHOP may adjust the refund accordingly.
