Pipeclamps
Pipeclamps are a modular tube fitting system designed for building custom structural frameworks, barriers, handrails, and equipment supports on stage, in studios, and at live events. Each fitting clamps directly onto standard 48mm tube using a ratchet key or allen key — no welding, no drilling — making it fast to assemble, adjust, and dismantle on site.

Types in this range
- Tee fittings — Short Tee, Angled Single Socket Tee and Angled Two Socket Tee for branching off a main tube run at 90° or at an adjustable angle (4–10°)
- Elbows — 90° Elbow and Angled Elbow (4–10°) for directional changes in a tube run
- Cross fittings — Two Socket Cross (adjustable 30–60°) and Two Socket Crossover for intersecting tube runs at fixed or variable angles
- Clamp On Tee — clamps onto an existing tube mid-run without disassembly, for adding a branch connection after installation
- Tools — Ratchet Key and Allen Key for tightening and adjusting fittings on site
What to look for
- Tube diameter — all Pipeclamp fittings are designed for 48mm OD tube, compatible with standard scaffold and lighting bar
- Fitting type — always verify the number of sockets and the angle required before ordering to ensure the correct configuration for your structure
- Clamp On Tee — useful when adding to an existing structure without dismantling; check tube wall thickness is sufficient for the clamp grip
