Manufactured from high-grade 6082 T6 aluminium with a WLL of up to 500kg, Mammoth clamps are built for large-format truss chords, heavy-duty structural tubes and permanent installations in film, TV, theatre and live events. Available in polished aluminium and black powder coat across all clamp types. Slimline 30mm versions are available for fitting between truss web bars where a standard 50mm clamp would not clear.

What to Look For

  • Tube diameter: all Mammoth clamps fit 60mm to 63mm OD tube. Swivel and fixed couplers are also available in a version connecting 60mm to 63mm to 48mm to 51mm.
  • SWL: up to 500kg on half couplers and couplers. Clamp with half connector rated to 100kg. Always verify the rated load against your total suspended load.
  • Profile width: slimline 30mm versions fit between truss web bars where a standard 50mm clamp would not clear.
  • Finish: polished aluminium or black powder coat on all models.
