Doughty quick trigger clamps are the fast-rigging alternative to standard hook clamps for attaching stage lights, moving heads and accessories to 38mm to 80mm lighting bars, scaffold tube and truss. The spring-loaded jaws close automatically under the weight of the fixture, leaving both hands free to position the load. The lateral screw position allows the clamp to mount at any point on a truss without obstruction from cross webs. Built from high-tensile extruded aluminium, TÜV approved and stamped with SWL.

Doughty Quick Trigger Clamps for Stage Lighting and Live Events
Doughty quick trigger clamps are the professional fast-rigging stage clamp for touring productions, repertoire theatre and live events. Spring-loaded jaws stay open and close automatically under the weight of the fixture, allowing one person to position and secure a heavy moving head or lantern without a second operator or a spanner. The lateral screw position means the clamp mounts at any point on a truss without obstruction from cross webs. All Doughty quick trigger clamps are manufactured from high-tensile extruded aluminium, TÜV approved and CE marked.
Quick Trigger Clamp Types
- Doughty Quick Trigger Clamp (38mm to 51mm): the standard version. Spring-loaded jaws, oversized wing nut for easy lock-off. TÜV approved. Available in aluminium and black.
