Chain Hoist Bags for CM Lodestar and Prostar
A chain hoist bag keeps excess hoist chain contained and off the stage floor, reducing trip hazards and chain noise during a show. Our range covers multiple styles to match how your hoists are rigged: the MTN Double Hook Chain Hoist Bag and MTN Round Chain Hoist Bag for standard CM Lodestar setups, the MTN Rigid Style Chain Hoist Bag for a fixed-bracket mount, and the MTN CM Prostar Chain Hoist Bag and MTN CM Series 622 Manual Chain Hoist Bag for other CM hoist families. MTN BOX®: Road Cases Built for Touring
The MTN BOX® Spektrum Series is a modular road case system designed to transport CM Lodestar hoists, chain, and rigging hardware between venues without loose gear rattling around in a van. The Spektrum Series XL, Spektrum Series LG 2.0 and Spektrum Series SM cases accept interchangeable insert packages, from single and double CM Lodestar configurations to quad storage compartments for rigging hardware, fall protection and tools, so one case can be reconfigured as your hoist inventory changes.
Cable Tails and Motor Safeties
The MTN P-14 Cable Tail and MTN C7 Cable Tail connect CM Lodestar and Prostar hoist motors to power and control cabling, with pin-out options matched to specific hoist generations (Classic A-F, Classic L-R, Next Gen A-F, Next Gen L-R). For safe rigging practice, the MTN Motor Up Safety and MTN Motor Down Safety provide a secondary restraint on the hoist motor, sized to match V1 or V2 hoist frames.
Chain Management and Hardware
The MTN Chain Slider, available as a single body or complete kit with interchangeable inserts for 4mm, 6mm and 8mm chain, keeps hoist chain running smoothly without kinking during load-in. For rigging points, the MTN Round Eyebolt and Quick Link and MTN Quick Link 5/16" provide certified connection hardware between chain bags and hoists.
Weather Protection and Load-In Accessories
The MTN Chain Hoist Weather Cover protects Lodestar and Prostar hoist motors during outdoor events and storage, available across Classic and Next Gen frame sizes. For crews handling heavier ballast or staging loads, the MTN Cube Ballast offers a compact, truss-compatible counterweight option.
