Shipping & Returns
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. However, due to unexpected reasons, some carriers might experience delays.
As a result, we are projecting standard shipment times of 7-10 days. Please chat with our team below for a shipping estimate on your order.
Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers. Generally, they are based in the United Kingdom, Germany and other European countries.

Tracking information is usually available within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed and will automatically be forwarded to the e-mail address used to place the order.
In some cases, components of an order may be split into multiple shipments, in which case you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Yes, you can. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@shopmtn.co.uk for assistance. We‘ll provide you with the return address and all other information needed. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Please also allow 7-14 days for the replacement to be processed.
