Lubrication Equipment
Discover our range of lubrication equipment from Lumatic and Wesco, covering oil cans, grease nipples and hydraulic connectors, flexible and rigid delivery tubes, and a cast iron rotary barrel pump for applying oils and greases precisely where they're needed.
Getting grease or oil into the right point on a machine often comes down to having the correct connector and nipple thread, not just the right lubricant. This range covers the full range of BSP, BSF, UNF, Whitworth and metric threads, so matching your equipment's fittings exactly avoids leaks or a connector that won't seat properly.

Wesco Oil Cans and Oilers
Wesco oil cans and oilers provide practical options for controlled oil application during workshop, machinery and general maintenance tasks. The range covers capacities from 350cc to 1000cc, with nylon and flexible braid spout configurations to suit different access requirements.
The Wesco 350/N 350cc Oiler with 6in Nylon Spout and 20/F 350cc Oiler with 9in Flex Spout provide compact options, while the 500/N 500cc, 500/F 500cc and 1000/F 1000cc provide larger capacities. A flexible spout can help reach lubrication points where a straight spout is less convenient, and the Wesco Spare Flex Braid Spout provides a replacement option for compatible oilers.
Lumatic Suction Oil Gun
The Lumatic Suction Oil Gun 500cc provides an alternative format for oil dispensing during maintenance work. Its suction design draws oil into the gun from a suitable container, providing a more controlled way to deliver oil to individual lubrication points than using an open container.
Hydraulic Nipples and Lubrication Fittings
Hydraulic nipples and lubrication fittings are available in a range of thread standards and sizes to accommodate different equipment requirements. The Lumatic range includes straight hydraulic nipples in BSP, BSF, UNF, Whitworth and metric configurations.
BSP options include the HP2 1/8in and HP4 1/4in. BSF sizes include HF4 1/4in, HF5 5/16in and HF6 3/8in, while UNF options include HUF4 1/4in, HUF5 5/16in and HUF6 3/8in.
The range also includes the HW4 1/4in Whitworth and metric fittings such as HMM6 6mm, HMM8 8mm and HMM10 10mm. Where angled access is required, the HP2/45 45° Hydraulic Nipple provides an angled configuration.
When the existing thread is uncertain, the Lumatic Thread Identification Plate can help identify the required thread standard and size before selecting a replacement fitting.
Lubrication Connectors and Couplings
Lubrication connectors provide different connection formats for compatible lubrication equipment and grease nipples. The collection includes the Lumatic HC5 Standard Hydraulic Connector and HC1S Heavy-Duty Precision Hydraulic Connector, alongside alternative coupling designs.
The HOC1S Hook On Connector can be paired with compatible Hook On Nipples, while the SOC-5 Slide On Connector and SOC2 Slide On Knuckle Jointed Connector provide additional connection formats. For applications where rotational movement is useful, the RC1S Rotary Connector provides a rotary connection, while the CC1-S Conical Connector provides a conical connection format.
Flexible and Rigid Lubrication Tubes
Flexible and rigid lubrication tubes provide different ways to position the delivery point when working around machinery and components. Lumatic Rubber Flexible Tubes are available in different lengths, including 9in, 12in and 20in configurations.
Flexible tubes can be useful where the lubrication point is difficult to reach directly, while rigid tubes provide a fixed extension. The Lumatic SRT6S 6in Straight Rigid Tube provides a direct rigid-tube option where flexibility is not required. Choosing the appropriate tube length and connection type depends on the compatible lubrication equipment and the access available around the lubrication point.
Barrel Pumps for Oil Transfer
The Lumatic Cast Iron Rotary Barrel Pump provides a dedicated solution for transferring oil from a compatible barrel or drum. Barrel pumps can be useful in workshops and maintenance environments where lubricants are stored in larger containers and need to be dispensed without repeatedly decanting them into smaller containers.
Choosing the Right Lubrication Equipment
Selecting the right lubrication equipment starts with identifying the type of lubricant, equipment connection and access requirements. Oil cans and suction oil guns provide different methods for oil dispensing, while barrel pumps are suited to transferring oil from larger containers. Hydraulic nipples, connectors and tubes need to match the relevant thread, fitting and lubrication equipment.
Thread compatibility is particularly important when selecting hydraulic nipples and connectors. BSP, BSF, UNF, Whitworth and metric threads are different standards and should not be treated as interchangeable. Check the equipment manufacturer's specification and confirm the thread type and size before selecting a replacement fitting or accessory.
