The 3M™ First Base™ 3 Classic Bump Cap has been developed to meet the everyday needs of industry. The micro peak version with only 25mm allows for maximum upwards vision.

It delivers maximum comfort delivered by the patented, breathable, perforated shell with an indirect top ventilation system with a wicking fabric sweatband to draw moisture away.

If your work involves tight spaces, sharp corners, low ceilings or hanging obstructions, these Bump Caps add a layer of protection to help ensure you stay in the game

• Does it fit a large head?
  It fits heads with a circumference of 52 cm to 65cm thanks to the elastic adjustment strap
  
• Is the product machine-washable?
  Yes. The fabrics of all First Base™ models are machine washable
  
  
• How long does the bump cap last?
  If in daily use and particularly when used outdoors, 3M recommend the cap be discarded after two years in service. For indoor or occasional use, we would anticipate a service life up to 5 years. Harsh conditions and/or rough usage dictate that a bump cap should be replaced sooner
