The FF1ASET-XLARGE provides a 560-piece general purpose tool assortment organised in foam modules. The complete assortment is supplied as part of the XLARGE trolley configuration.
E77 Trolley and E87 Top Chest
The XLARGE storage system combines a 9-drawer E77 trolley with a 4-drawer E87 top chest. This configuration provides 13 drawers for organising the supplied tools and accessories.
1DAAT Drawer System
The 1DAAT system ensures that only one drawer can be opened at a time, helping to avoid the risk of the trolley tilting. The fully opening drawers also feature individual shock-protection corner bumpers.
Dual-Walled Steel Construction
The trolley is built around a sturdy dual-walled steel case. The construction is designed so that the drawers can still open after collision damage to the outer wall, while the scratchproof powder coating provides protection against rust.
Secure Workshop Storage
The pivoting latching system helps prevent unintentional drawer opening. An ultimate locking system with electronic access control is also available for the storage configuration.
Wheels and Stability
The XLARGE trolley features a dual-braking wheel system designed to secure the trolley firmly in position and prevent movement in any direction. The technical specification lists 125mm wheel height and 36mm wheel width.
Xpand Modular Accessory System
The perforated side panels support the Xpand modular accessories system, allowing the workstation to be configured with additional compatible accessories. The standard composite top can also be replaced with stainless steel, MDF or chestnut options.
