  • Guarantee: 3 years from the date of purchase
  • Life Span: 10 years from the date of manufacture. Life span depends on various factors that can cause deterioration, such as sudden temperature changes, exposure to direct sunlight, and intensity of use. Altered vision and scratches signal the need to check for deterioration of the visor.
  • Cleaning: Clean only with water and mild soap. Allow to air dry. Do not use chemical detergents, solvents, or petrol powders, as they are too aggressive and could lower the structural properties of the visor.

Frequently Asked Questions

What comes included with the KASK ZEN Full Face Visor, and what do I need to buy separately?
The visor itself is sold on its own. To actually mount it on a helmet, you'll also need the Easy Click Visor Adaptors and the ZEN Face Shield Carrier, both sold separately. If you don't already own these from another Zenith accessory, factor them into your order, otherwise the visor won't have anything to attach to.
Why is the KASK ZEN Full Face Visor only compatible with Zenith helmets and not Superplasma?
The attachment system, the Easy Click Adaptors and Face Shield Carrier, is built specifically around the Zenith helmet shell geometry. Superplasma helmets use a different mounting interface entirely, which is why KASK makes a separate model, the V2 Full Face Visor, for that helmet line. Always match the visor to your exact helmet family rather than assuming cross-compatibility.
How does the KASK ZEN Full Face Visor protect against debris getting behind the shield?
It uses an ergonomic reinforced frame around the edge of the visor, which is designed to seal more closely against the helmet and reduce gaps where dust, chips, or splashes could get through, on top of the EN 166 impact protection the lens itself provides. This is particularly relevant on sites with grinding, cutting, or similar debris-generating work.
Can I wear my prescription glasses underneath the KASK ZEN Full Face Visor?
Yes. The panoramic lens shape is specifically designed with enough clearance to accommodate most corrective glasses without the visor pressing uncomfortably against the frames, so you shouldn't need prescription safety glasses as a separate layer.
