Handline Pulleys for Maintaining Tension on Lines in Line-operated Curtain Track System
Doughty Six Track line-operated systems can be operated either by
1. hauling hand over hand or
2. turning a crank handle of a manual track drive unit.
For method 1, a handline pulley is involved to maintain tension on manual hauling lines. Three pulley options are available - standard weighted pulley(T63820), handline pulley with a floor fixing(T63825) and sprung floor pulley(T63830).
The one with a floor fixing (T63825) is used not only to maintain tension on manual hauling lines but also to allow a degree of adjustment to the tension of the hauling line.
