Doughty Key Clamp Tube Fittings - Modular Steel Tube System
Doughty Key Clamp fittings are a modular tube fitting system for building handrails, guardrails, barriers, walkways, racking systems and custom tubular structures from standard 48mm steel tube. No welding, no threading and no specialist tools required. Each fitting clamps directly onto the tube using a grub screw tightened with an allen key, allowing structures to be assembled, adjusted and reconfigured on site quickly. Available in magnesium alloy for lighter duty applications and malleable iron for load-bearing and guardrail installations, with a galvanised finish for corrosion resistance indoors and outdoors.
Key Clamp Fitting Types
Elbows and Corners
- Doughty 90 Degree Elbow: standard right-angle corner for handrail and framework structures.
- Doughty 3-Way 90 Degree Elbow: three-way corner fitting for three tubes meeting at a right angle.
- Doughty Outside Corner 48mm: external corner fitting for guardrail and barrier corners.
